Type of astigmatism : Lasik has its limits in protocol. Too high of astigmatism may not be a candidate for lasik, this is because it may be irregular or excedes the lasers capabilities to treat the amount of astigmatism. Most people are good candidates but need to have this evaluated by an ophthalmologist.
