Probably not: Need to check with your eye doctor, but usually people with severe astigmatism don't don't do very well with the lasik procedure.

Yes, but: Lasik can only do what glasses or a contact lens can do. If you are happy with the vision with these choices, then lasik may provide similar vision without them. Discuss your options with an ophthalmologist.
