Get a physical: This is difficult to tell from your description. You really need a complete history and physical due to the systemic nature of your complaints.

See vein specialist: The symptoms you describe on calves are consistent with varicose veins / venous insufficiency. I am not quite sure to make of the finger and palm pain. I would recommend you start with an evaluation with a vein specialist.

Veins and pains.: It is difficult to make a diagnosis based on what you have said. The green veins could be reticular and not varicose veins. For you veins you should see a vein specialist. The pains in you fingers and palms is not related to your veins. It also does not seem that the leg pain is related to your veins.
