i have a vein that runs from my thigh over my knee and to my kalf. it is very enlarged and sometimes even warm to the touch. i did have a bloodclot in this leg in 2018 so i am probably only paranoid. is it only a varicose vein?

Based on description: It sounds like a varicose vein with on/off superficial thrombophlebitis. For peace of mind see your doc for an exam and further recommendations.
