Will not need teatme: Malignant lymph nodes will not go away on there own , need treatment for both primary ( lymphomas ) or metastatic tumors. Due to recent advances in chemotherapy will have excellent results.Make sure that person will go to the doctor.

No: Malignant lymph nodes signify the presence of cancer. Unless a miracle takes place and you are supernaturally healed, they won't go away on their own.
