How good is ultrasound at distinguishing benign vs malignant palpable groin lymph nodes?

Probably good but...: ...depends in part on other information like number and size of the possible nodes, tenderness, whether one side or both, and other symptoms. The doctor who ordered the ultrasound and/or the radiology department that did the exam are the best to ask.
