What's your question: What's "everything"? I'm not clear whether you're referring to blood & urine tests or to non-invasive imaging tests (ct, MRI & ultrasound) or to invasive imaging (cystoscopy) or to functional tests (urodynamic studies). Furthermore, which diabetes are you referring to? Mellitus or insipidus? If all the above are normal, then you may have overactive bladder & consider antimuscarinics.

I understand that a urine cytology test can identify abnormal cells from the bladder. Could you tell me whether it can also detect abnormal cells from the prostate gland?
