Anal fisssure: Anal fissure is a small tear in the lining of anus causes severe pain and some bright red bleeding during and after bowel movements. In most cases the tear heals in 4-6 weeks on its own. If it persists despite RX may require surgery. Other Rx Keep stools soft Increase Fiber 25-35 gms/day Plenty of fluids Sometimes may need to add NTG gel, Nifedepine gel , and topical lidocaine

I am experiencing passing a lot of gas, frequent stools, difficult stools, feeling of unfinished defecation and thin, pencil-like stools.
During bowel movement today, I had very hard stool and then had blood on toilet paper (not just one tiny spot like other times). I have psoriasis on anus area. And i think hard stool could cut my skin either eternal or external.Should I worry?
