Something else: Your symptom maybe due to another condition other than a lung condition. The elevated pressure in the pulmonary circulation in a young female suggest a condition called idiopathic pulmonary hypertension.a condition with no known cause. However a thorough clinical evaluation is required before this diagnosis is made. Need to consult a pulmonologist and/or cardiologist

Dyspnea/at rest and activity, pitting edema in my legs. mri/ X-ray of my lungs/heart. Kidney and liver tests. Lung function test. Every test 100% normal. No fluid in lungs. Have chunky phlegm as well. Drs cant figure it out??? 22yr old male?
Dyspnea and Edema in legs for 9 months. No smoking, had lung function test with and without bronc. 100% normal. Spitting up phlegm 2-3 times a day, ct with contrast and X-ray shows NO pulmonary edema. No CHF. Echo normal any ideas? I hate this?
Dry cough for 3 years, GP did a blood test, was fine, lungs were clear. Cough still persists. Blood infection level was 0.3. Lung tumour? get x ray?
