Is inpatient a good idea?ive been self harming since i was in gr7 (now gr10), not diagnosed but possible eating disorder&depression+i keep relapsing.

Could be: Are you in outpatient treatment with a psychiatrist and/or psychotherapist? If these efforts have not been successful and you're continuing to get worse, then yes you do need to consider an inpatient program. Inpatient programs may even be a good place to start without outpatient attempts -- depending on severity. Please talk with your doctor about treatment options -- don't wait!

Eating Disorder: If you have been struggling with an eating disorder for a long time an inpatient stay could be very helpful as you will be treated by a team of clinicians including psychiatrist, psychologist and nutritionist. You can call various programs in your area or ask your insurance carrier for which program they would approve.Best wishes.
