Could be: Are you in outpatient treatment with a psychiatrist and/or psychotherapist? If these efforts have not been successful and you're continuing to get worse, then yes you do need to consider an inpatient program. Inpatient programs may even be a good place to start without outpatient attempts -- depending on severity. Please talk with your doctor about treatment options -- don't wait!

You can call various programs in your area or ask your insurance carrier for which program they would approve.Best wishes.
