Hello. : Hello. You need to follow through with seeing a professional. Trying to treat yourself is for mild or sometimes moderate symptoms. If you have any urge to act on your thoughts of killing yourself or anyone else, it is imperative that you get immediate help. Frankly, i would encourage you to get seen at the er, even if you have no intention to act on thoughts of harming yourself or others. The reason is that you have become very out of touch with yourself, which might be something called dissassociation. I am glad that your wrote in to get reality feedback. Your symptoms are definately serious. It sounds like you are really suffering and you deserve to get help and to feel better. The sooner you get help the better. Take care.
