A member asked:

My biopsy report showed 15% atypical cells. my doctor says it is cancer. my research says those are suspicious cells. advice me please?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Biopsy of what ?: Any time final diagnosis is always based on biopsy report , what it says is what it is. Atypical cells are abnormal cells, need to pay further attention, if it is pap smear further real tissue biopsy need, if it is thyroid fna , same but based on clinical evidence could be ' cancer ' early stages these two are curable , you will be fine if needed take a second opinion , your doctor will encourag.
