Agree with biopsy: What is the result of Pap smear? Is it a slow growing? Are there any red inflammation or ulcer it? Are you loosing weight? How is appetite& energy? Are there any vaginal spotting or enlarged inguinal nodes? Only a biopsy will give the definitive answer of your question. I agree with your DOC & you should consider it.

You would need the: test in order to say. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, Dermatologic conditions are hard to evaluate without seeing them in person. Warts, scars, and other things besides cancer can do this
