Methotrexate?: Methotrexate lasts in the body for 10 to 11 weeks. Missing two weeks will not hurt. But stopping made no sense, for the fact that you still have much more active mtx-polyglumates in your body!

No such thing: You do not get withdrawal symptoms from stopping methotrexate. The only issue is that the underlying disease it is treating can flare when it is stopped. It should be held when treating any infection.
