What kind of techniques can i do to breathe if the people around me won't stop smoking in front of me and i have chronic bronchitis asthma?

Not an easy answer.: This may sound insensitive, but unfortunately if the people that you spend time with do not respect you enough to stop smoking around you to help you with your health problem, then you may need to find other people to spend time with. Maybe mention to them that smoking will cause chronic bronchitis if they continue.
