No: I've had some very tiny mommies come to my office having given birth to normal term babies. Conversely, i've had large mommies who delivered premature babies or had difficult pregnancies. In any case, it's important to discuss your concerns with your gynecologist and to make sure you get good prenatal care if and when you become pregnant.
