You actually do not: At 5'2" that is a healthy weight. If you want to sculpt your body shape, that should be done through exercise. By becoming physically fit, you will gain weight because muscle weighs so much more than fat, and the health benefits are enormous. If you wish a bigger bust, strengthening the pectorals major and minor are excellent. If you want a more prominent butt, exercise all of your gluteals.
