M57, very large ing. hernia on left side and recurring hernia from rt. side(from meshless surgery long ago). should i opt for srgry or spend with it?

Depends: Most all surgeons would recommend hernia repairs. It is an elective surgery that you could plan for at a convenient time for you. Hernias will not resolve on their own & will likely enlarge slowly over time.
