Inguinal hernia rt. side. the larger the hernia got the more my penis curved. after mesh surgery i have scar tissue down curved penis(7" to 4" ) what can be done to remove scar tissue?

I suggest that you return to the surgeon that repaired your hernia with mesh. Mesh removal/revision if very difficult.
