Many possibilities: You need to be seen and examined. Go and see your pcp and let them take a history, etc. If they think specialized care is necessary they will refer you. Good luck.

Stars: Seeing stars is typically due to orthostatic changes in blood pressure. This could definitely happen when climbing stairs, when moving from sitting to standing, etc. Are you on blood pressure medication or do you have high blood pressure? If it's happening frequently, check with your doctor. Sinus pressure and post nasal drip typically a viral infection. See your doctor for both.
