Sinus pain: Take ibuprofen. Get oxymetazoline nasal spray. Mucinex and maybe Zyrtec. See ENT for evaluation.

Symptoms: Toothache could be from infected sinuses, or from the tooth itself being infected. As to your other URI symptoms they are a way for your body to tell you that you need medical attention. Please see your General Physician or Urgent Care (this is not an ER problem) immediately for diagnosis and appropriate care.
