Perhaps: Real question to be discerned is why do you, at age 21 have signs of a stroke? Is it old related to a childhood issue, or newer. Do you have a hematological issue such as sickle cell, or do you have a hereditary problem with homocysteine, such as mthfr. Is there a cardiac problem such as a lingering vsd, or pfo?
