I had an mri for dizziness, headaches when reading, tga episodes. result "mild hypodensities in supratentorial white matter likely due chronic microangiopathic ischaemic disease. acute infarction cannot be excluded" any treatment recommended please?

Common approaches could include meds to prevent strokes which depends upon underlying risk factors. Would also check cardiac risk. See neurologist
