Cannot diagnose: Without seeing you and having your records, history and exam it is impossible to comment. Suggest that the best course of action would be to find a good general internist and let them monitor your evaluation. Have no idea what symptoms you may be referring to. Gross hematuria suggests acute infection, tuberculosis or malignancy. Go and get seen, good luck.
