Oral hygiene, vit C: Good oral hygiene which includes brushing and flossing would do the trick. Vitamin c supplement also help the tissue collagen healing. Good health, balance nutrition are also beneficial. Finally, all teeth should have good interproximal contact to avoid food impaction due to open contact. Open contact can be identified with floss passing through contact areas. All restoration should be seal.
