See dentist and PCP: you may have gingivitis cavities, or taking herbs or meds that are causing blood thinning. Have it checked. Don't delay! You oral health is a reflection, and prognostic indicator of your general health & longevity. So the healthier your oral health is, the healthier your body is as 95% of whatever you eat is absorbed into your general circulation, which is why excellent nutrition is so important!
