How can i regain the sensation of my toes when i am diabetic type 2?

Might not recover: Numbness and loss of sensation in the feet and toes is often the result of diabetic neuropathy or damage due to high bs. First is to control the bs to prevent further damage. Once significant damage has been done you may not get full sensation back. Medicaitons are used to decrease sx and sometimes folate (folic acid) has been tried but this tends to be a long term problem.

Most likely: You won't. But there are some supplements that have shown to help 600 mg of alpha-lipoid-acid daily has shown to help many there was a study on this which is still ongoing but original article from diabetes care november 2006. Also b vitamin thiamine ( benfotiamine ). As always check with your doctor. Hope this helps.
