I have loss 56 pounds and i have had 2 pet scans that light up on the lgewon. i can't seam to gain the weight back. know the lymph has grown to 6 cm mass within the posterior right hepatic lobe is hypermetabolic, and concerning for metastatic disease?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may require a biopsy of the mass in the liver. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Follow up with your oncologist will be critical at this point in order to design the best possible plan at this point, dynamics will be critical in decision making. It is difficult to turn around metabolism and the goal should be holding on to your current weight until more is known.
