Probably not: The vast majority of these are tiny benign hepatic cysts...at your age, assuming you have no history of malignancy, the possibility that this is anything of concern is remote. CT has troubly definitively diagnosing cysts when they are this small. If you are worried, discuss it with your doctor. An ultrasound of the liver would be helpful to further evaluate and confirm the diagnosis of a cyst.
