Been having sharp pain in my left side. all tests are normal. hah ct scan and shows benign cysts in the left hepatic lobe. what should i do?

It depends: Left lobe of the liver in most patients is not on the left of the body. There are some exceptions. Benign cysts can become large enough that they can cause mass effect and pain. Draining the cyst can often be diagnostic and therapeutic. The point is to correlate your symptoms with the site of the CT finding.
