Yes concerning: You are 24 weeks pregnant and the ultrasound noted ascites and an enlarged heart. Your doctors will explain more and may want to see you more frequently. So the best thing for you to do is eat healthy, avoid stress, do not smoke or drink alcohol. Make sure you are eating enough protein continue prenatal vitamins. Try to bring a family member to write what the doctor talks with you at visits.
