Not normal: Assuming you do not have a fever, a fetal heart rate of 200 BPM is not normal. We call this fetal tachycardia. You should have an official electronic fetal heart rate tracing done asap. You may also need a fetal echocardiogram and possibly a consultation with a maternal fetal medicine specialist.
