No: I presume that seroflo consists of serevent (salmeterol) and fluticasone in general, this type of drug is called a controller drug and should be used on a daily basis. In europe, this type of drug can be used on an as-needed basis provided your asthma is under good control otherwise but this approach has not been approved by the fda.
