Bad breath: Halitosis (bad breath) may be a symptom of chronic sinus infection or even acid reflux. Allergic rhinitis with post nasal discharge and mouth breathing from nasal congestion could lead to bad breath more likely year round. Treatment for dust mite allergy should be confirmed and if present treated. If halitosis resolves, then that was the reason.
