Depends: If this is an optional procedure, you could probably wait. If you are in pain, you should consult with your dentist and oby/gyne re course of treatment. Taking unnecessary medications at this time may be less desirable than the treatment as local anesthetic is not retained by the system.

See oral surgeon: This is a hard question to answer without knowing the seriousness of your wisdom tooth problem or if your pregnancy is normal and without any complications. The best thing to do is to see an oral surgeon about your wisdom tooth. The surgeon will confer with your OB and they will determine if it is safe to wait or better to remove the tooth now.
