Due to sun burn?: If this is due to sunburn, rest, ice, gentle compression and anti-inflammatories may help.

Treatment: 1. Elevate your feet and legs. 2. Take an anti-inflammatory - Aspirin or motrin. 3. Treat the sunburn - vaseline, polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) or Bacitracin ointment. If the swelling doesn't go down in 24-36 hours, get a medical evaluation.

Also: If blister get attention and do not remove the roof of blister. Otherwise the suggestions you got from others are great.
