Get evaluated: Your individual problem can't be solved in this forum. See your physician -- that presumably ordered the CBC -- for follow up. In general, elevated neutrophils can be seen with bacterial infections or any sort of inflammation. Either may cause your symptoms, but additional information including a history an physical examination need to be performed.
