Sinus infection : A fever is a temperature of 100.4 F or greater. The use of low-grade fever is often used for normal temperatures. As antibiotics are started people temporarily feel worse for 2 days as the bacteria die and release toxins. If you are concerned see a doctor in person. I hope you feel better
