Stress?: Are you more stressed than usual? Look at your caffeine intake as it can trigger panic attacks. Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Call your doctor and discuss this with them.

Panic cycle: More frequent panic attacks might indicate more avoidance which can lead to more anticipatory anxiety which itself leads to more attacks. Work with your doctor on looking into possible added stressors.
