Not by itself : An enlarged gallbladder by itself is not necessarily concerning unless associated with intermittent bouts of cholecystitis. High uric acid levels may be associated with gout.

By itself: An enlarged or distended gallbladder may just be a normal finding in someone who correctly did not eat for several hours before the ultrasound. Abdominal pain? No gallstones? Normal liver function blood tests? Normal bile duct on ultrasound? Would need much more medical information. See the doctor who ordered the ultrasound to find out if anything further is indicated.
