My anemia-iron often causes me to faint. my cardiologist is having me drink a min of 5-6 l of liquid a day. this is working but causing bloating. fix?

Questions for you: Anemia usually doesnt cause fainting unless really severe. How low is the hemoglobin. What kind of anemia? If iron deficiency, it should be correcting with iron supplements. Are your periods so heavy? Is there anything else causing dehydration?
