Are you sure?: This doesn't sound like ovarian cancer to me. This sounds like you are going on line and trying to diagnose yourself. Go to a doctor and find out what is going on.

Whoa: These are a grab-bag of troubling symptoms that need to be addressed on their own. It's unlikely that ovarian cancer is the cause but it's 100% certain you need a relationship with a competent gynecologist who can manage what is probably at least two different medical problems; you'll get imaging that will rule ovarian cancer in or out. It's not impossible. Best wishes.
