Yes, but: Opioids in general like Codeine may affect reproductive hormones and may cause fertility issues by affecting ovulation. Only a thorough workup can determine if that is the case. If fertility is not an issue, the use of any drug during pregnancy can be a concern as this med has a category c rating for fetal adverse effects. Consult with an OB to weigh the risks versus the benefits.
