Depends: Clomid (clomiphene) does not cause a false OPK but there could be some underlying conditions such as pcos that can cause a false positive opk. The best will be to see your obgyn or fertility specialist today or tomorrow and have a sonogram done to see if you have a dominant follicle . Very unlikely that you are about to ovulate so early in the cycle.
