Can't say : No reason to think its a false test. Clomid (clomiphene) is supposed to trigger ovulation so ok so far

Probably not: If the ovulation predictor showed an LH surge, you probably ovulated. Temperature shift is unreliable. Your MD can check a Progesterone level to confirm if you ovulated.
