My wife is on clomid (clomiphene) and day 18 of her cycle and hasn't had a positive opk test yet? does this mean she won't ovulate this month?

Probably not: Women taking Clomid (clomiphene) usually ovulate a few days after midcycle. But being on day number 18 you should have seen a positive test by now.
