Have pcos, took 50mg clomid (clomiphene) cd 5-9, opk and bbt suggest ovulation cd 15.bbt stayed up then cd 23 bbt down and heavy period.is this normal? seems short

Yes cycle is short: It sounds like you had a partial response to the clomid (clomiphene). It may be hard to know exactly what happened without blood and sonogram monitoring. It may be helpful to see a reproductive endocrinologist. Best of luck!
