Had bloods for lyme, anca, anti dna antibodies, anti mitochondrial all negative. if autoimmune started 7 years ago tho wouldn't blood repair to normal?

No: Autoantibodies rarely become negative if they were positive. It may rarely happen if the disease is in complete remission. However, that almost never happens.

I tested positive for a Serology Lyme ELISA so my blood was sent to a specialised lab where it tested negative on a C6 Lyme ELISA and therefore wasn't sent for a Western blot. Is the C6 ELISA more or less accurate? Does this mean Lyme or not? Thanks?
