How do you know when your having a misscarage?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cramps & bleeding: Misscarriage, technically termed a spontaneous abortion, is usually heralded by bad cramps & relatively heavy bleeding. If you think you are miscarrying, go to the er; they may not be able to stop it, but they can make sure you are not injured in the process.
