Nope: Rhogam is only used to keep your blood from forming antibodies against your infants blood. It's only used if your blood type is rh negative (o-, b-, etc) and if the fetus has a chance for rh positive blood. It's given any time fetal blood cells can mix with mom's such as with miscarriage, trauma, or delivery. Rh- moms get a shot after 28 weeks to help protect them in labor (lasts about 12 weeks).
